Are you aware that these herbal treatments also have side effects. The main problem is with the dosage just like it is with drugs, too much can harm or kill you. How can you be sure you are taking the right dosage? (I think I may have learned this lesson the hard way with Aloe Vera juice and overdosed.)
Since Quercitin is found in blueberries, apples, red onions and spinach, wouldn't if be better to take it in it,s natural form rather than capusles or?
