You might try some grams of vit-c and some grams of magnesium oxide or whichever magnesium you like..there seems to be a million different kinds. Oh my gosh..I sleep like a baby, gently, easily..relaxed! I don't wake stiff, or sore, with any cramping which I was having before I upped the c and mag.

I take those 2 supps over the course of night time. Last night I took 5 grams of magnesium oxide and 8 grams of vit-c. I take 500 mg. tablet with 1 gram of vit-c and fall asleep easily. I gently awaken (not all of a sudden)out of my sleep and get up and go urinate and take another 500-1000 mgs. of the magnesium, and 1500-2000 mgs. of vit-c so it goes like that about every 2 hours. I woke at 8 am, had a normal bm, then after that a loose bm, felt very cleansing, then that was it. Later in the day I had a normal easy bm which is usual for me now to have 2-3 or 4 bms during a day, since I eat a lot of fresh fruits, veggies, green juices, etc.
