my power drink
I've been putting molasses, raw honey, raw bee pollen, Bragg's apple cider vinegar, warm water, and Lewis Labs brewer's yeast (the yeast has selenium) together to make a "power drink" just before my meals. At times, I take a vitamin C (one of the complex ones with calcium ascorbate, rutin, etc.) and magnesium. I also take cod liver oil & ghee once a day. Oh, I am also taking Floravita, with its iron, B vitamins, and more.
I take all of this with my meals, and then I take my 5 drops of
Lugol's in water just before bed. I have crazy dreams, I smell horrible, and I pee a ton. I don't have headaches, but I do have the emotional rollercoaster. I'm taking next week off from all of this.
Anything else I should add to get more nutrients into me?
