Is this Eczema?

I think Eczema is too broad a term for many different kinds of skin conditions.

Mine is mainly skin hardens on the face. And it sheds by tiny flakes. It can be itchy sometimes, but no bleeding or blisters. I believe it started with cheilitis on my lips. And now spreads to my face.

Its quite sad because i have never have this condition before. Derm said it most probably is eczema due to my hypersensitive skin. Its been 3 weeks already and no sign of clearing.

Is this eczema?
