Please need your advice My daughter swallowed 2 button batteries and if she doesnt pass them by Monday will go for surgery to get them removed

Please anyone who has any advice or ideas on how to pass or what she can use...or what would help with the leaching of substances in the batteries. I am feeding her prunes and pears and oatmeal and using a wee bit of castor oil internally and rubbing it on her stomach area in a pack. Also letting her drink as much breast milk,pear juice and water, as possible. I am also giving her EVCO. Please help as she is under a year and cant be under anesthesia. Thank you all.
