My life got so busy that I do not have a lot of discretionary time to spend on the computer. There have been a lot of changes to this forum over the summer. I miss the website and keep wondering when you'll get the new one up.

I am also wondering what happened to LD Di? Anyone know? I really enjoyed her posts. I also miss Invincible and am sorry about that parting of the ways.

I want you to know that I am still doing 2 to 3 alkalizing drinks a day, depending on my schedule. My heart is still in perfect rhythm and I am still sleeping through the night and doing well.

I am still working on resolving different health issues, but believe me the heart was the most important to my way of thinking and it seems my body agreed. Tweet
