You might be interested in googling “C. Graham Clark Blastocystis Hominis” He is a parasitologist at The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and especially interested in Blasto. There are some emails written by him with his email address. He’d be a good person to discuss your findings. I spoke to him once on the phone about Dientamoeba Fragilis which he had written a paper on

and he said lack of funds were hindering his research on Blasto. which is what he is really interested in. That was a couple of years ago. I wonder what he has found out now?
