This is my first time making Kombucha tea. So far it has been a week and I still have 1-2 days before I serve since this is my first batch. and so far so good. I see a light cloudy look in the jar and the kombucha culture is sunked down to the jar.
My question is when do I start making another batch?
What do i do with the kombucha culture?
Do I only drink the kombucha tea room temp in a glass?
What should it taste like once finish?
Do I need a strainer?
Please help me get through this with your wonderful knowledge and information.
