Just a clarification: I don't feel any kind of caffiene habit - I can drink either and feel the same in terms of energy, etc. It's only in the process of trying to determine what might cause a spell of this congestion/tightness in my lungs to vascilate - wondered if it could have to do with which I drank that day, or for a few days in a row. I don't even brew my own right now. I probably should.
And P: I too really like peppermint tea. I love it iced. I think that when I drank it exclusively years ago that it probably played a role in a prior health transition (for the better) of mine, one which I never tried to pinpoint what caused the rerturn to 150% from - 20. I was drinking iced peppermint tea all day, every day back then. (Over 15 years ago)
