Thanks for your encouraging words ! I cant wait to start my next fast ! But I dont want to rush it too soon and cause distress to my body. So I am just going to wait till Jan to start it..and frpm then on..i hope to fast one week (or more depending my mindset and body requirements then) for every season !
I am eating lot of raw fruits and veges. I am a vegetarian. But now I have totally cut out on fried items which I think is making a huge difference in maintaining my weight. Besides I wasnt used to eating them raw..i almost always used to cook them.,.now that has changed to some extent too. I am glad for all the changes thats happening.
