Death Begins in the Colon...
The salient points are this:
To say that all you need is water and fiber to help the colon is like saying take two aspirin and call me in morning. It is saying to the little people that there is really nothing worth worrying about. It is saying WE the conventional doctors will dictate to YOU 'alternate' unconventional docs what is and is not out of balance in your body.
They are marginalizing herbalists and naturopaths. I suppose when they say 'alternate' health practices they are suggesting that herbs are an alternate remedy that came into being after allopathic medicine? Is that what they mean by alternate?
So it is not what is being said but how it is said that is at issue here. It is a battle of semantics. Also known as ‘spin’. Since it is subtle it can easily be missed and dismissed which is the whole point. How can anybody dismiss the notion that all we need is water and fiber? It is the arrogance of it that is so insidious.
The colon is the septic system of the body. The colon is a reflex organ that affects every single aspect of the entire body by reflex action. That is not to be dismissed lightly. There is a well known statement that ‘death begins in the colon’.
To say “most (doctors) don't recommend colon cleansing for better health or to prevent disease” is the very reason why we have so much heart disease, cancer and depression too. Yes it is a difference of opinion. In my opinion the assertion that one cannot obtain better health nor prevent disease by paying attention to the colon is flawed thinking.
A little while back I posted a message entitled ‘Testimony of Resurrection’ about how colonic irrigation brought two elderly people (that I knew) back from the dead. This is the internet and memories fade easily so what is a couple weeks old becomes ancient history very quickly. Oh well.
