Hair Growth!!!

Gosh, I just realized that I forgot to tell y'all!

My hair is growing back!

I now have about a half-inch of fine hair filling in my bald spots! I had the male-pattern baldness (temples) creeping up and it wasn't until I put on a headband that I realized, "hey, there's some regrowth in there!"

(geez, now I'm remembering I told someone this, so if I reported it here, please forgive my double post)

Anyway, for those who didn't know, I had a hair analysis and iridology done in late August (and read to me just three short weeks ago today). My sodium/potassium was out of balance (not enough potassium) and calcium/magnesium was out of balance (not enough magnesium) so that is being addressed.

Because of an article deleartios posted (I know I'm not spelling that correctly) I am also back to having a tsp of apple cider vinegar (bragg's) in a cup of water a half hour before meals.

I do believe it's the potassium.

I also realized that I allowed my insurance to dictate my stoppage of mercury removal. I am going back to the original Knowledge I was Given to have it done NOW.

I know that 2008 is going to see some major changes in this country. One of those changes will also be within MY body!
