Hello, I have been mulling the idea of trying out the O diet. I bought the book and started to think about what I can eat and planning meals. Geez did we get ripped off on the things we can eat, there are not a lot of choices there. Oh well that's my problem I guess.
The question I had is, How can you tell if you are a secretor or non-secretor ? Is there anyway other than sending in some blood to be tested ?
