Natural hair dye for hirsutism

Hi, I was wondering if a chamomile tea/marigold tea/lemon juice formula for dying hair would work on facial hair and other body hair other than the head. I can't think of why it wouldn't if it works on the hair on one's head, but perhaps there is a danger of bleaching one's skin?
