My first 2 liver flushes produced absolutely nothing at all. My liver was so very congested that it took a couple weeks of Chinese Bitters and Coptis to break it up enough that I was able to start getting results on my third flush.

Liver flushing isn't a quick fix. It takes dedication and determination. The results are absolutely amazing though and truly worth doing. One every 2-3 weeks till you don't see any more stones. It is worth keeping it up. It is very nice to know that your body is getting cleaner with each flush. The liver is your main blood filter. So, once your liver starts getting cleaner, all the other organs of your body gets cleaner.

PS: the diarrhea is a result of the epsom salts cleaning out your intestines and is really just part of the protocol. Don't be afraid of it, it is flushing out your system. Tweet
