I stunk for about a month. I carried a washcloth with me and about 2 hours after I got to work, I would have to make a trip to the bathroom where I wet the washcloth, put soap on it and washed under my arms again. That usually took care of it for the day. I had to do this every day for the stink duration. So for me, my body actively detoxed in the morning, then I re-washed, and the rest of the day was ok (not great but passable). So look for a pattern. If you rewash as soon as you notice the stink you will be able to tell if it comes back. If it does, re-wash again. You may not have to do it more than twice. As I think about it now, at first I had to re-wash twice in a morning, then it went to once during the morning.
