Heavy metals go through the liver, not the kidneys

"What about the reports I've read that talk about how heavy-metals & fluoride is released into the urine?"

The liver is what extracts toxins from the body.  The liver is part of the gastrointestinal system and does not empty into the bladder.  Your heavy metals and fluoride will be processed in the liver, and some gets hung up there.  Garlic has been found to combine with the heavy metals in the liver and is then excreted through the gastrointestinal system.

I've been drinking a cup or more of my urine each day for several years and have posted the positive results on Cure Zone and other places.  The more you drink, the lighter and less color it has and the taste improves considerably.
