Re: sinuses

I have had sinus problems all of my life. This is a simple thing to do. Keep a salt shaker in your bathroom. Run some warm water and put a small amount in the palm of your hand and shake some salt (I use Sea salt) in the palm of your hand. Bend over the sink and sniff it up your nose while bending over the sink. Don't sniff it up too high because your head might feel like blowing off but just sniff it up half way and then let it drain out. Do this about three or four times on the same side then switch sides. It is quick and easy and most of the time it will releive your sinus headache. Then blow your nose to eliminate the musus. This is not a cure but you will notice temporary relief. You know those small salt packets at the resturants? They are about the amount of salt that you need. I also ordered and use sometimes a neti pot. I use purified warm water and sea salt in it to cleanse my nose out. Since the Humaworm cleanses, I don't have it as bad. If your sinuses bleed due to being too dried out. Put some sesame seed oil on a Q-tip and swab up in your nose. Only use the health food sesame seed oil. Mine has vitamin E oil in it too. It is light yellow in color. I got mine in the Raley's supermarket in the health food isle section. My sinuses used to bleed but now they don't. Sometimes you get headaches from dry sinuses. Hope this helps someone out there that suffers from sinus problems. Donna
