I believe what John 14:6 says. Add to that John 3:16, and the answer is obvious.
If one believes that Christianity is just another religion with no more claim to truth than any other religion or philosophy or political leaning, then I guess one could say anything goes.
For me, Christianity is a living faith in a risen Savior, the embodiment of God's mercy and grace. Religious trappings are mostly man-made traditions, modern day phariseeism. When all the layers of man made religion are peeled away is there still faith, repentance, good works that reflect our faith and calling, and, most of all the power and presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives? While you are in John, chapter 14 read verses 26 and 27.
