So I went to Amazon.com to look at reviews for the Warrior Diet and the majority of them were very positive..in essence, the Warrior Diet is eating sparsely during the day (fruits, veggies, some nuts) but eating like a horse at night (healthy food, just huge portions or something), and people are getting really cut and losing fat.
Question is, are they only losing due to calorie restriction? Because I've been reading that if you just reduce calories and don't stick to it, it makes it harder to lose fat later and you're screwing yourself over. Also, this advice on how to eat is against everything I've ever read..any thoughts??
