Re: HMMMM, Maybe I should CUT them OUT!

The apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a major antifungal and it restores your pH to it's proper level. The reason you need this is because Candida thrives in an acidic environment and you need to alkalize your system. Fresh fruits and veggies are the easiest way to maintain an alkaline system. Things that cause an acidic system are red meat, refined sugars, starches such as flours and those types of carbohydrates.
the ACV will help to bring your acid levels down as well as work as an antifungal to fight the Candida curse.

The pectin in the skin of a GS apple is extremely good for you during this time. Fruit sugars are not as much worried about in CAndida as the more refined sugars are, but that does not mean that youcan eat fruit all day and get rid of candida. One apple a day won't hurt you, but too much fruit with high fructose content will make it take a lot longer fo ryou to get better.

Also, many people think that lemons are too acidic for the candida diet, but the acid turns alkaline in your system.

Try some oil of oregano, grapeseed extract, and a big dose of wheat grass every day. You should see things improving very quickly this way!

It took me 8-9 months to finally be normal again. I feel great!and I am a type O too!

Take care,
Christi
Good luck,
