Thanks for info on this honey. I have a hernia surgery coming soon; and plan to use honey as poltice. This one seems to be derived from very healthy flowers. Also my grandmother always said that when you move to a new area, you should find local honey. It should help to overcome local allergies. I just moved to Texas hill country.
