I have finally worked up to 5 but was having lots of diarrhea at three got over that and stayed at 4 , went up to 5 today. I dose in the Am and right before bed. Still have some ear pain from the strange object that fell out Sun morn. Still don't know what it was!
Thanks Invincible for the suggestion about OP and Oregano forgot about that used to day it daily.
Also Invincible Do you have really good health? Is that why you don't see much change?
