After two days of no sugar, etc I am already feeling clearer. I actually jumped around for a bit this morning thinking wow, this must be how normal people feel. After eating I feel a bit crap again.
I ate mushrooms topped with tomato,garlic, yoghurt, grated cheese, grilled.
I started glycerine yesterday and will have some more now to see if it clears my head like it seemed to do yesterday.
I don't usually eat much Sugar anyway. Just means I won't be having a hot chocolate(made with raw, organic cocoa powder). Anyway, I have become too sensitive to the stimulants in hot chocolate. It's sad, so many things I have to avoid/giveup.
