I seen a guys leg swell double its size in less than 1 day, it eventually was connected to being a bad tooth, they pulled the tooth and the leg returned to normal as fast as it had swelled.
Epsom's Salts works in an emergency such as your showing, but it can also add to the cause if she relies on this. She needs to wake up and start living to live and not living to eat. We often get many warnings such as she has and the doctors LOVE IT when the patient ignores the diet and keeps returning.
