recommendations for a bowel cleanse

Hi There, I did blessed herbs Bowel Cleanse about 6 or so weeks ago. I had fantastic results with this bowel cleanse. I got a lot of mp and funky gunk out. I would like to continue to Bowel Cleanse because I have had digestive issues and constipation for the better part of 12 years so I know I couldn't have possibly gotten everything out in one cleanse. I probably will eventually do another blessed herbs cleanse but the fasting part is tough. Can someone recommend a good Bowel Cleanse that will get the mucoid plaque out as efficiently as blessed herbs? BTW I've done a lot of the magnesium type cleanses oxypower colosan etc and while I think they are great I really don't believe they remove the mucoid plaque. Thanks
