Hmmm...
The only thing I can think of is that since "en-mass removal is not recommended"
(meaning, it's best to do 1 or 2 moles at a time), the body may be adjusting and detoxifiyng, and that's why it takes time....

But, do't get impatient, just resolve to ride it out, and "baby" the spots where you treated the moles, by applying things to help it heal...
I would use a Q-tip to gently clease the area 1st(with Tea-tree oil, or
3% Peroxide) and then apply Castor Oil, or Dr. Christopher's Skin Creme(the one with Cheekweed in it), or get a capsule of Vit. E and after piercing it dab a bit on each site....
