Re: new to this, need guidance
Hi Nate! Welcome to the
Iodine Supp forum! I'm new too, and am just learning about using Iodine, and so far in the couple months of coming here I've gotten off my thyroid meds after 31 years! So far, so good.
There is a learning curve to this, with much of it coming by reading, and coming often to read the posts here. It takes some time to do that. It's hard for us to say what you should do since we don't know much about your situation, and only you know what you want, and how you'd like to achieve it. There are many options, but of course
Iodine is the center stage for better health around here.
Take your time, don't spend your money quite yet..hang out with us, read some older posts, and the instruction pages, etc. They really are very helpful.
I know if I can do this, you can too! My suggestion is if you want to hurry and give
Iodine a try, buy the liquid
Lugol's at 5% and start with a couple drops a day. Add the companion supplements as you are comfortable with adding what first, they are recommended as helpful with the detox you are bound to go thru at times just by taking Iodine.
If you are serious, you'll learn and we'll help as much as we can.
