Hi Jaykay. What are we going to do? I too have my fair share of bad days, but recently a few better days too, finally. I too have had 9-10 years of declining health, so I’m in the same boat as u. I have slowly turned the corner now and I am finally healing, slowly but surely, I still have a mighty long way to go unfort. 

I remember feeling bewildered and lost when I first stumbled around curezone. The shock and awe at the sheer amount of information available, if only I had enough time, energy and space in my head for it to all go in. The realization that my doctors are worse than useless was (and remains) profoundly disturbing. All those drugs that did not work. All the side effects they caused. All that misplaced trust, it still makes me curse! %$%$£*

But what to do? Where to start? In which order? Who to believe? Who NOT to believe? It all seems very complicated and bewildering at first. This site is all about educating yourself, to enable you to make informed choices yourself. This realization is key and this will make things easier for you.

I did it in wrong order, (but that’s overly not important.) It is however in AN order for a reason. The reasons being that what goes before makes what goes after easier. 

I will not quote any biblical stuff at you, but I suggest that this Curing Protocol is where you should start educating and acting on. It is a good base to start off with. It is clear and simple, as I said a good base. Its what I did, in a very roundabout way. Starting at the top is WHY we are ill? And next is DIET, followed by body cleansing.

I thought I knew why I was ill. I knew nothing!

I thought I had a healthy diet. I knew nothing!

I knew nothing about body cleansing. I know some now.

When I say nothing, I really mean nothing. My mind boggles at how I got through 37 years of life, with zero health knowledge. Its no wonder I got so sick.

My question : “The clarkia was bought as a maintenance thing, should I, could I, do a proper clarkia cleanse program with this so soon after the HM?”

I had forgotten this. I have to be a little careful, because I get over enthusiastic and do too much. That’s just how I am. At the moment I am doing, skin brushing daily, Oil massages daily, Oil pulling daily , mega healthy diet, kidney cleanse, amalgam removals, high supplement regime, working hard plus a family life and i'm sick. So I got lots happening, but I had FORGOTTEN this important thing. 

So I need to research parasites again…..

re maintainance program. do you think i should NOT take the CLarkia once per week?

For now, i will not do anything further on these parasite cleanses, i will continue with the in-between herbs, coconut oil, pumpkin seeds, healthy diet etc and educate myself so i can understand better whats happening to me.
