I used to just use a stool which was just a tad
lower than my Healthstep. I can attest however
that my eliminations are really easy and the new
stool positions me optimally, with my knees
out to the side which is a good "squat" postion
and it does make a difference as my stool had
my knees more to the front.
I like the moulded plastic one because it is easy
to shove in and out and fits snug against the
stool. It is also very easy to keep clean.
