Is the iodinated oil, oil mixed with some drops of Iodine then painted on face, etc? And some people put Iodine in their baths..how is that done, with what product and how much to use? What purpose most is it done for?

I am going to order the tablets as they aren't that expensive to at least try them. I see that 1 tablet is a much as 2 drops of Lugol's..so I would use 4 tablets per day once I'm back up to 8 drops of Lugol's. It says to divide that in half for the day, 2 tablets twice a day. It would get pricey if the tablet form is all I used. Do many people use a mixture of both tablet and Lugol's?
