I'm "attempting" to start this oil pulling and am not

quite sure I'm doing this right. I seem to use my cheeks to pull the oil in my mouth and my cheeks get awfully tired after 5 minutes. So this is probably not the proper way to do things. Could somebody explain exactly how to do this?
