Your brother in - law probably needs to buy some time to allow him to use corrective therapy protocols for his cancer. I don't think that using only juicing, or for that matter any other corrective therapy will quite cut it.
I'm giving you a link to read about two things (there are others as well) that may be able to buy him this time he so needs.
The first procedure is percutaneous injections of ethanol and the second is radiofrequency ablation.
These of course should be followed by corrective therapies of
anti-cancer diet, supplements, cleanses, body/mind techniques etc.
things he might wish to consider researching further in this regard could include:
Dr. Rath protocol, high dose curcumin, Phytic acid w/inositol, the Budwig diet (which he might wish to start right away) and
sho- saiko to (a chineese herbal mixture which was found to help in liver cancer).

More than anything else, I believe it is essential for him to get in touch with a top quality holistic practitioner who's specialty is cancer treatment.
