Yes she is one Armour. Lugol's it the same thing a iodoral.

Iodoral is just made in table form for easier digestion.
If you are not having any problems with Lugol's then see
no reason to switch. Iodoral is to expensive for my
pocket book. The Iodine doctors often have their
patients whom take higher amounts switch to Lugol's
for the lower cost. Stephannie stated that he had
her switch for this reason when she went to 100 mgs.
