Right now I do enemas to get rid of my candida which is helping ALOT. But then I heard that its not good to do enemas long term b/c it gets rid of the friendly bacteria. I am taking an electrolyte drink and kefir but that too is starting to get expensive.
I read for colon congestion to take magnesium oxide powder in water and 1/2 squeezed lemon every night before bed will help get rid of bad bacteria, release oxygen and heal leaky gut.
Should i do an enema once a month and everyday drink magnesium oxide powder with lemon water?
Do you take HCL before or after meals and is HCL better absorbed capsule or liquid form?
Do you take green food enzymes before or after meals?
