A company on the internet called Guardian of Eden can be your answer. I order all my 35% food grade H202 from them. Be sure to have it delivered when you can not have it sit outside in the heat. It could cause it a problem. Did you read the original book by Ed McCabe called "Oxygen Therapys"? Could answer a lot of your questions. I had to order it on-line as it is out of publication. His second book was not as helpful to me. It is still in print.
