I'm only supplementing with kelp, minerals and cod liver oil the past 8 weeks or so, and I"m feeling much better on a lot of levels, including experiencing a welcome INCREASE in libido. I'm getting a little Iodine from the kelp (and I've heard cod liver oil has it, also), so my doses are much lower than what most people on this forum are using. I'm still observing, reading, and watching what people post here as their experiences with higher doses. I wasn't interested in sex more than about once a month, if that, which I wasn't happy with and didn't feel was a healthy level for a loving relationship. I'm hoping things are on the upswing in that department - so far so good.
