Distilled water, the oils, a good chiropractic check up every month or so helps both Mom and child.

NO SYNTHETIC VITAMINS. I say that because the medics like to load Mom up with the synthetics while she's pregnant. Don't do it, the synthetics ARE drugs.

And, of course, no vaccinations when the child arrives.
