Does any one have any experience with Megace? I currently have subserosal and one submucosal fibroid. Uterus is 10week size which it has been for 3 years. Now having heavier periods however I recently had a heart attack (without any risk factors besides stress) and I'm on ASA and plavix. An abalation was tried and didn't work and a Mirena was talked about but I have cervical scarring from a LEEP. SO... the bleeding is heavier and the spotting in between. So I'm uncertain about the Megace and it's side effects. The cardiologist states its OK.
