If I were you, I'd venture down to Chinatown - is there one near you?

There is usually a Chinese herbalist available to make you a formula. He will be a little old Chinese man seated in front of a huge wall of little draws, each containing a different dried herb.
He might have a long, thin beard and twinkling eyes. He lives on Ginseng and other mystery herbs and will be about 500 years old.
You won't understand a word he says but he will give you what you need.
There should be Yum Cha nearby, if you feel hungry.
At least that's how I remember it.

Alternatively, you could procure Neem (either tabs/capsules or the crude oil) and take this. In India Neem has been used to treat parasites, and from my own experience, it works very well. It is easy to obtain and can be purchased on eBay.
Actually, I'm taking it at the moment - just under 1ML of E.V. Neem oil twice daily.

Regarding enemas, they are easy to do and no, you don't need a board. The enema kit you buy will most likely be hung on your wall, and gravity alone will provide sufficient pressure.
