Hi! Humaworm would still be very much effective, but RG has added the Cascara Sagrada and Senna to help the colon clean out daily, because when you do a parasite cleanse, you can't afford to be constipated.

If the Senna is too strong for you- I heard someone requested RG send a supply with only the Cascara Sagrada , without any Senna added. Senna is not dangerous, but it can be strong on the bowels for some. Nevertheless, the amount added doesn't seem to be much of a problem. Still- for those who are sensitive to it, you can probably ask RG to just use the Cascara Sagrada with the other herbs.


Cascara Sagrada is a wonderful herb that not only cleans out the colon- it TONES the colon and encourages it to work on it's own without any future dependency with laxatives. You can use Cascara Sagrada long term with no side effects.
