urine should always have some color to it. that is the byproducts of respiration being removed out of the cells and into serum then the urine. lack of color shows lack of salt/hydration. it is possible for a person to drink tons of water, pee a lot of clear pee, and be dehydrated as heck, with severe drought in some areas. the sign of hydration is not a lack of thirst. the sign is lack of histimine action(swelling, inflamation, aches, pains, rash, itching, coughing, sneezing, etc) and color in the urine. it doesnt have to be a lot of color, but it should not be clear.
this doesnt sound like detox. at higher levels of iodine, sleep is more restful and less is needed. i believe it can catch up with you, too. one of the reasons for sleep? the equalizing of fluids in areas that are hard to hydrate, like joints and cartilage, etc.
