I'm a Emerita Pro-Gest user also, and I didn't know that the original is going to be discontinued! I can hope that the next version will absorb better/quicker into my skin - it's always when I'm in a rush that it just WILL NOT soak in, you know what I mean??
I've been using the cream for 3 years now, and it has done WONDERS for my menstrual cramps, which have been extremely painful for all my periods (I'm 26 now).....They are basically gone now, which is miraculous for me. I used to be in bed the entire first day of my period, in excruciating pain. Now, if I am eating too poorly (rich foods, junk foods, caffiene) then I get mild cramps. But the cream has been the key to solving my decade-long problem.
Now, as for the Facial hair issue, I WISH I could say that it helped me there, and I THOUGHT it was, it seemed for the first year that it did ease my chin-hair growth, but now, as you can see (which forum I am writing this on) my chin hairs has become a HUGE problem for me. Also, some body hair which is just too much to love.
I am also taking Iodine daily, for years, which has healed my thyroid from its sluggish state. I can't say enough about that. But here I am, also looking for a cure for my out-of-whack hormones that make me not want anyone to look to close at my face and neck. My chin hair growth is not slowing down, it's thickening if anything. PLEASE HELP! I'm sure this can be figured out and brought into balance for us! I can hardly wait!! Tweet
