People that have done liver flushed in the middle of the MC and didn't get violently ill should count their blessing. Not only did they bring the MC to a screeching halt but just plain ole common sense would tell you that dumping a bunch oil into a fasting system is just not a good idea at all.
The wisdom round these here parts is to wait till you've added oils to the system and normal digestion has resumed after the MC to do the LF.
As I continually and endlessly advice folks is that these cleanses ain't "IT". They really don't "cure" anything per say. They are as the name implies "CLEANSES" They are just tools to take the junk out so the system can operate efficiently and theeeen HEAL ITSELF.
The real and primary focus for anyone persuing either cures including regeneration of damaged tissues or just for optimal health will always and perpetually be nutrition and regular exercise. After the cleanses in the rebuilding process is when the actual cure and healing regeneration happens. If you do all the cleanses regiously and don't change your lifestyle to healthy and balanced whole foods diet and regular exercise you will be putting the same crap back in and loose any and all benefits from any of the cleanses. Plain ole common sense ;+D
In your case having had your gallbladder out diet choices are of upmost importance. Do your cleanses as they are great "tools" but don't make a big deal out of them. Make your focus educating yourself on nutrition and regular exercise.
The nutrition end of things will take lots of experimentations till you find the groove that suits you particular system and condition. The good news is that you can also tailor your nutrition to help with any particular ailment and condition you may be addressing.
In my opinion the best single investment you can make towards the rebuilding/regenerating/healing process and infusing your system with some mega nutrition and live enzymes is to buy a juicer and juice fresh veggies every single day.
