Blushing/heat intolerance????

I was recently diagnosed with adrenal fatigue and am currently taking mil adregen. I hope it helps...but here is my real question: I HATE the heat...I have always been very sensitive to it in terms of feeling completely overheated especially in the face/neck/head area. My face sweats like crazy whenever it's hot or humid. Also, I have this terrible startle response that makes me turn so red whenever I get nervous or taken off guard. I was told years ago that this was because I have social anxiety but I always thought it was strange since I'm very social and love to talk to people. The problem is that I often look embarrassed when I run into people because of my face getting so red but the truth is I'm not embarrassed until after my face gets red...it's so annoying. So....does anyone else have these heat/blushing issues and are they related to my adrenal fatigue???
