Laser for eyebrows?

Can someone explain to me what kind of laser treatments or treatment is available for facial hair? I think I have read posts about this sort of thing. Is it done by a plastic surgeon or what? I was wondering if I could take care of the area between my eyebrows.
I have checked out the "Laser Hair Remover" that the company Gaiam offers, but I don't know that it would necessarily work on eyebrows since it might be designed to work on broader expanses of skin. I have e-mailed Gaiam about this.
Ideally, I would like to use laser, if possible, on the rest of my eyebrows too -- to shape them -- but I don't know how detailed one can get with the laser treatments that are out there, and it seems like if you don't have someone who is artistically competent you might end up with a bad shaping job.
