Fresh sage on my salad and I love it. Plus tons of sprouts soaking.

I bought some fresh sage at the grocery (organic) and it is so good on a salad. I am just using a couple of leaves.

Someone told me they burn sage to create a calming smell in the home. I may have to grow my own!

Does anyone know if it's easy to grow or does it get out of hand.

I also have started a ton of sprouts, all different kinds. Why buy salad bags when I can grow it, right! I don't really trust salad bags anymore since that last scare about the contamination.
