Vacations can suck, by MH

Our helper left for vacation/cruize first stop Florida and with in 48 hours of leaving home, she was poisoned by the ar on the jet, then the air in the first motel, all the city water sources and commercial foods.

She left our herbs home because she had not been sick for such a long time.

I am allot like her, take me out into the commercial sterilized world and our tonsils are going to be over loaded and swell/sore and then the lungs will load with mucus, etc., etc. and each day of vacation only become worse as the chemicals multiply. By the time you adapt to such a toxic world, your vacation is over.

The only life savior is water therapy and your screwed on vacation, because all the water is POISON! I don't know how you city people do it! You must be tuff as nails to survive!
