I have a wart on my big toe, and it's infected

I have a wart on my toe, and I went to the doctor couple of times to get treatment. Every visit he cut off the dead skin and froze it, but now it's swollen and infected. :(
It really hurts. He prescribed me to eat Antibiotics , but still i don't see the reduction.
Does anyone know how i can treat it? (the infection part)> and also the wart? Tweet
