How much iodine do I take to begin??

"i am thinking about those to come. everyone comes here with the question, how much do i take? "i dont know" is not an acceptable answer to me. it is reasonable for people to want some frame of reference and to ideate some expectation of the consequences of their actions."


From what I have read... and experienced myself how much Iodine is not really the question. Because one miligram or one gram - taking Iodine will initiate detoxification. So....
The question is how much detox can/are you willing to handle?
Are you willing to take the Vitamin C, Selenium and take the chloride pushes to move the loosened toxins on out?
Are you willing to take the IP6 to move some of the other toxins out?
Are you willing to continue a program of liver flushing, bowel cleansing, kidney flushing to help your body eliminate the toxins as fast as possible?
Are you willing to move that precious body and make it sweat to help eliminate the toxins as fast as possible?
Are you willing to stop your hectic life and deal with bouts of detox like flu symptoms, or congestion, or headaches, or digestive disorders, or skin eruptions - or even more challenging keep up with your life as you deal with them?

If you have the courage, time and fortitude to cope, then begin taking Iodine - because it is so worth it. Whining and complaining is allowed. Far as I know nobody here has ever said this is easy, this healing thing. And I have not seen that anyone is spared the healing process.
